Prime at Paradise Point in St. Thomas is a premier steakhouse that delivers both exceptional cuisine and one of the most spectacular dining settings on the island. Perched high above Charlotte Amalie, the restaurant offers breathtaking panoramic views of all of St. Thomas, making the location itself a definite highlight and an unforgettable backdrop for dinner.
The atmosphere is elegant and refined, perfectly suited for a special night out. Service was a standout from start to finish. The waitress was terrific—attentive, patient, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing the experience with thoughtful recommendations and impeccable timing.
The menu focuses on high-quality steakhouse classics with creative touches, supported by a good selection of wines and well-crafted cocktails. Overall, the food was very well executed, with one minor exception.

To end the evening, we shared the chocolate cake, a decadent and fitting conclusion to an outstanding meal.
Overall
With its stunning views, elegant ambiance, attentive service, and great-tasting food, Prime at Paradise Point offers a truly memorable dining experience. Despite one small misstep, the evening was excellent overall, and it’s a restaurant we would definitely return to!
