Renowned for its signature steaks and grilled dishes, the restaurant offers a great salad bar a terrific desert selection and a diverse menu featuring a large seafood selection, Pasta, Pizza,  authentic Asian dishes, and carefully selected steaks prepared on a charcoal-fired grill.

The restaurant provides an elegant dining experience in a contemporary setting, complete with its own private dining room. Guests can enjoy outdoor seating with views of the pool and sea, surrounded by palm trees, creating a beautiful and intimate atmosphere.

Porto

I began my adventure in Porto, staying at the stylish Yeatman Hotel, known for its stunning views of the Douro River and exceptional luxury. I explored the vibrant Bolhão Market, immersing myself in the local flavors and traditions. A Douro River boat ride provided breathtaking views of the city’s iconic bridges and terraced vineyards. Of course, I couldn’t visit Porto without savoring its world-famous Port wine, and a food tour introduced me to the city’s culinary delights, from pastel de nata to hearty Francesinha.

Lisbon

In Lisbon, my stay at the elegant Valverde Hotel was the perfect base to explore the capital’s historic charm. I wandered through the cobblestone streets, taking in the city’s iconic landmarks and neighborhoods. Day trips to Óbidos, a medieval walled town, and Fátima, a renowned pilgrimage site, added a layer of cultural and spiritual depth to my journey. The bustling bazaar offered a chance to shop for unique Portuguese crafts and souvenirs.

Douro Valley

In the Douro Valley, I treated myself to pure relaxation at the luxurious Six Senses Hotel, where the hot spas offered rejuvenation amidst the stunning vineyard landscapes. I enjoyed Port and wine tours, sampling the region’s finest vintages while learning about the valley’s winemaking traditions.

Algarve

My adventure continued in the Algarve, where I stayed at the exclusive Vila Vita Parc. I explored the region’s famous caves on a thrilling tour and relaxed on its pristine beaches, soaking in the sun and turquoise waters.

Gastronomy

Throughout my trip, I indulged in exquisite meals at Michelin-starred restaurants, experiencing Portugal’s culinary artistry at its finest. From fresh seafood and tender meats to innovative takes on traditional dishes, each meal was a celebration of Portuguese flavors and creativity. My trip to Italy was an extraordinary journey through some of the country’s most captivating cities, historic sites, and scenic landscapes.

Venice

I began in Venice, staying at the elegant Luna Palace, perfectly situated to explore the city’s unique charm. I wandered through the iconic St. Mark’s Square and toured the magnificent Doge’s Palace, immersing myself in the rich history of this floating city. A gondola ride through the canals offered a romantic and serene perspective of Venice. I also explored nearby islands: Murano, where I watched master glassblowers create intricate pieces, and Burano, famous for its colorful houses and delicate lace-making traditions.

Florence & Tuscany

Next, I ventured to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. I marveled at artistic treasures in the Uffizi Gallery and admired Michelangelo’s masterpiece, David, in the Accademia Gallery. The picturesque Ponte Vecchio was a highlight, with its historic shops and stunning views over the Arno River.

In the Tuscan countryside, I participated in a cooking class, mastering traditional Italian recipes while surrounded by rolling hills and vineyards. A Chianti wine tour was a treat, where I sipped exquisite wines and soaked in the idyllic scenery. Visiting Piazza del Campoin Siena, with its medieval charm and shell-shaped square, transported me back in time.

Rome & Pompeii

In Rome, I explored the Eternal City’s timeless landmarks. Walking through the Colosseum was awe-inspiring, as I  imagined its gladiatorial past. Rome’s vibrant energy, ancient ruins, and stunning architecture left a lasting impression. From Rome, I  also took a trip to Pompeii, where I wandered through the remarkably preserved streets of this ancient city, frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius.

Amalfi Coast & Capri

My journey continued along the breathtaking Amalfi Coast, where I visited the picturesque towns of Positano and Sorrento. A boat trip to the island of Capri was unforgettable, with its dazzling blue waters, dramatic cliffs, and sophisticated charm.

Cuisine

Throughout the trip, the food was phenomenal. From fresh seafood and handmade pasta to gelato and Chianti wines, every meal was a celebration of Italian culinary tradition, enjoyed in beautiful settings that made each bite even more memorable.
