
Ingredients
- 1 cup of whole milk
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ tablespoon of sugar
Directions
- Whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, flour and salt until smooth with no lumps
- Let the batter rest for 20 minutes (do not skip this step)
- Melt butter in a 10 inch nonstick pan over medium heat
- Whisk the batter again
- Lift the pan off the burner and pour a quarter of a cup into the center of the pan and swirl to coat the entire pan
- Place the pan back on the burner and cook for one minute
- Flip the crepe, cooking on the other side for 45 seconds
- Do the same thing for the remaining batter, it will make between 8-10 crepes
- Serve and enjoy
