doma in Miami delivers a lively, if not overly hectic, dining experience. The atmosphere is busy, with busboys rushing around to clear tables at a pace that feels more like a fire drill than smooth service, making it difficult to fully relax.
The food is a mix of highs and lows. Standout dishes include the meatballs, Prosciutto di Parma with burrata, whole branzino prepared tableside, tagliolini with black truffle, and pistachio ice cream, all of which were very good. The grilled octopus and lobster linguini, however, were just okay. While there were some memorable flavors, the overall experience left some hesitation about returning.
