Ingredients

  • 1 cup of whole milk
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ tablespoon of sugar

Directions

  • Whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, flour and salt until smooth with no lumps
  • Let the batter rest for 20 minutes (do not skip this step)
  • Melt butter in a 10 inch nonstick pan over medium heat
  • Whisk the batter again
  • Lift the pan off the burner and pour a quarter of a cup into the center of the pan and swirl to coat the entire pan
  • Place the pan back on the burner and cook for one minute
  • Flip the crepe, cooking on the other side for 45 seconds
  • Do the same thing for the remaining batter, it will make between 8-10 crepes
  • Serve and enjoy
