We began the evening with a glass of wine and beer, accompanied by a complimentary serving of polenta with jam, a lovely start that showcased the kitchen’s creativity. For our main courses, we enjoyed the mussels in white wine sauce, the Oxtails Aruban Style with linguini in cream sauce, and the Lobster pasta with fresh Caribbean lobster in a creamy garlic sauce with black ink pasta. Each dish was beautifully prepared, full of flavor, and absolutely delicious.
