Before the meal began, the chef sent out a complimentary bite: lox on crostini, a thoughtful and delicious start. With a party of eight, we were able to explore a broad range of the menu—an authentic French lineup accented with Caribbean flair.

Every dish was delicious, well-seasoned, and true to its French roots while still feeling at home in the Caribbean setting. The meal was consistently satisfying across the table.
