Surrounded by boutique shops, a Starbucks, and a gelato stand, it’s the ideal place to relax, socialize, or enjoy a cocktail and sushi.
The setting is vibrant and energetic, especially around the central bar area where guests mingle, music plays, and dancing breaks out. The décor is sleek and modern, complementing the upbeat, social atmosphere. Whether you’re seated at the bar or a nearby table, the energy of the place is contagious.
The menu at The Lobby is eclectic and creative, specializing mainly in sushi, cocktails, beer, and wine, with a few non-sushi options like flatbreads, salads, and a lobster sandwich. Everything is prepared fresh, and the presentation is elegant yet unfussy—perfect for casual fine dining in a resort setting.
We started the night with a couple of cocktails: a classic Martini and an Aloe Spritz, made with Pepe Margo Vero liqueur, fresh lime juice, soda, and Prosecco. Both drinks were beautifully made and refreshing. To start, we enjoyed a seaweed salad, followed by a Spicy Tuna Roll and the standout of the evening—the Salmon Torch Roll, a masterful combination of salmon, avocado, sweet chili sauce, spicy mayo, eel ponzu sauce, cucumber, jumbo lump crab meat, mango, and sesame seeds. It was simply excellent—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced.
For something a bit heartier, we tried the Lobster Sandwich, made with lobster claw meat, spicy mayo, and crisp lettuce on toasted white bread, served with chips. It was light, satisfying, and very tasty.
We wrapped up the evening with a stop at the nearby gelato stand, indulging in our favorite flavor—Roche Gelato, rich, creamy, and the perfect sweet ending to the night.
