Ritzi Palma was truly a wonderful dining experience from beginning to end. The restaurant is beautifully designed, elegant, and tasteful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere and great attention to detail. But what really made the evening special was the combination of delicious food, an excellent wine selection, and genuinely exceptional hospitality.
We started with a mixed selection of house appetizers, including calamari, bruschetta, Iberico ham, prosciutto, and fried shrimp. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
For our main courses, we enjoyed the Spaghettoni all’Arrabbiata with Pecorino cheese, which had a wonderful balance of spice and flavor; Linguine con Bogavante, featuring pasta with lobster; and Filete de Lubina con verduras julienne, a beautifully prepared sea bass fillet served with julienned vegetables and mussels. We also tried the Milanesa de ternera blanca con patatas fritas, a tender white veal Milanese served with potatoes.
To finish, we shared the homemade tiramisu, which was a delicious ending to an already outstanding meal.
Every dish was perfectly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The wine selection was excellent and complemented the meal perfectly.
What stood out most, however, was the exceptional level of service. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout the evening. Their hospitality never felt forced — they truly seemed to care about making sure their guests had a great experience. When we left, every waiter thanked us and wished us a lovely evening, and even the gentleman behind the bar took the time to say goodbye.
Delicious food, beautiful surroundings, an excellent wine selection, and exceptional service — Ritzi Palma delivered on every level. We would return in a heartbeat. A truly wonderful experience and a restaurant we would be happy to recommend.
